If they cannot hold the price if done in <br /> the spring , he will core back to the Commission next meeting . <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to allow the Agent to handle <br /> the ratter- and order plants from New England Wetland <br /> Plants and see if they can hold the Price Until spring . <br /> Unanimous Vote . <br /> Mr . Sherman may be able to get the Price down more ; he i <br /> exploring getting the stakes locally . The waiver fora has <br /> been sent to Town Counsel. . <br /> AGENT'S VEHICLE: Mr . Sherman advlsed he was told by the <br /> Executive Secretary , if it is necessary to use his own <br /> vehicle , coverage is provided by the town insurance . He <br /> asked for a Grote to get that in writing . <br /> Ms Lanni k stated there should be a letter requesting that <br /> portion of the insurance policy covering town employees use <br /> of their vehicles . <br /> Also , the Executive Secretory advised if called out by the <br /> Police , the police will be toad to stop work until the Agent <br /> gets there . hie asked ked to be able to write a memo of <br /> understanding to the Police ,. <br />
