Sherman will draft a memo to go out from the Executive <br /> Secretary 's office . <br /> H el i s Mr . Chapman was denied a lawn as the nutrient level <br /> exceeded standards . The Agent went to the property and found <br /> a lawn . They called and asked to reseed with clover . He <br /> went dawn there and there is not 2 clover and they are <br /> mowing 1t <br /> Mr . F oseni erg asked if it would be proper to notify them that <br /> the Commission wants the lawn removed or legal steps will be <br /> taken and give them to September 15 . The Commission agreed . <br /> DOTE= Motion rade and seconded that they be told to <br /> remove the lawn by September 1 ,, 1995 or legal steps <br /> ill be taken . Unanimous vote <br /> MACC WORKSHOP: Workshop to be held here at Ma hpee on <br /> September 23 on non-point source pollution . The Agent will <br /> e a moderator . This is free to members . <br /> OPEN MEETING UPDATE: Notice prepared by Town Counsel was <br /> distributed for review . <br /> I [I = The Agent advised Mr . Vining was carried away with <br /> cutting in the 50 foot buffer zone . He has agreed to a <br /> revegetation plan . No Notice of Intent is required . The <br /> Agent thought the plan was adequate . He has another filing <br /> coming i n . He should be fined also . <br /> Mr . Sharpe questioned fining him only 50 and felt the fine <br /> should be $300 . <br /> Mr . o enk erg suggested settiong a date for completion of the <br /> r ve etation and if not done , then fine him $300 . <br /> VOTE: Motion made and Seconded to accept the r eve get at i o n <br /> plan with the condition work be done by October 1 <br /> and a fine for o issued . Unanimous Vote . <br /> Elf THE: The Agent advised DEP has 'issued a nurser of changes <br /> in Policies . Mr . Blythe is being affected . A letter from <br /> Mario DiGregorio was read into the record . A dock was <br /> permitted for Mr .. Blythe a few years ago . Condition #44 <br /> requires sharing the pier with an abutting property owner ; <br /> the revised pier l s too small to share . <br /> Mr . F osen erg suggested either hold a hearing on an extension <br />
