Refuge Update: Things are moving ahead fairly well, <br /> meeting has been set for September 13 , 7:00 p,m. at the <br /> senior center. Fish & Wildlife would like public <br /> endorsement. They might get some of the land by next spring. <br /> Mrs.. erriday suggested letter from the Commission be sent to <br /> Tom ahir, Rep. Studds and Senator Kerry. The Agent will do <br /> so. <br /> Pa arella: Partial Certificate of Compliance for the septic <br /> work was issued. <br /> mutes <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the minutes of <br /> May 19 and 26; June 2, 16 and ; July 14 and 28 , <br /> as written. <br /> Town Meeting: Two articles are on the warrant for monies <br /> that were not carried over. Mrs, Ferriday advised she spoke <br /> with Mr. WhritehourF and told him his support is expected. <br /> WBS: Mr, Homeyer advised there is a problem with the gate <br /> not being open at south Cape Beach. It is supposed to be <br /> opened and closed daily. <br /> Mr. Lopez advised the duty of opening is supposed to be <br /> alternated weekly between WBNERR and the Tribal.
