COLLINS t amend the order of Conditions for <br /> Se 3-1273 to permit a retaining wall , b okf in , and <br /> landscape i prover ents at 140 Algonquin Avenue . <br /> Mr . Sherman advised there was a problem with the house <br /> originally and at the time of passing of papers , Mr . Collins <br /> took it upon himself to Correct the problems . Mr .
