This was agreed . Mr . Efron wanted to extend the walkway for aesthetics . The second proposal is the intent to build the garage . The screen house is existingbut must be moved out of the way of the garage; the location is shown . Mr . Sherman stated it is Land Subject To Coastal Storm Flowage for which there are no State performance standards . The proposals are suitable for amendment . Mr . Desrosiers asked i f the screen h use will be anchored- Mr . Efron advised it is now . Mr . Rosenberg stated there will be no as-built but Mr . Sherman painted out there would be a plan of record with the proposals shown . n . Public comments* Jim Hanks , an abutter , supported the project but on the left corner of the diagram , septic system reserve is shown and he suggested mo .* ng i K Mr . Sherman greed to speak with the Board of Health . Mr . Efron stated , as long as the expense is not too great , he would have no problem i h that . He has plenty of land , so it should not be a problem . VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing and accept .he amendment subject o moving the rese,rve rea , if approved by the Board of Health , and the anchoringof the screen house . Unanimous Vote . Mr . Sherman asked Mr . Efron .o have k L nder �-C u ley draw up new plan . This is not wetland problem , the Commission is just trying to do this to accommodate one of his neighbors . Mr . Efron asked , *f the Board of Health does not approve the * 11 that affect his project'? Mr . Sherman stated the Commission oou ld not deny for that reason ; the permit ou ld still be issued .
