He went to the site with Paul Landers and Greg <br /> Taylor to look at the drainage and make recommendations . He <br /> gave an overview of what has gone on to date . There were <br /> violations that have been corrected . The first violation <br /> resulted in the placing of fill on a coastal bank within land <br /> subject to coastal storm flowage , right at the edge of a BVW . <br /> He supervised the removal of two cubic yards of that soil and <br /> grade sure that the Winter Rye seed was placed o n the exposed <br /> soils and that they ha bales were stoked 'in place . They will <br /> core up with a mitigation Planting plan , although not <br /> elaborate , when gradin s complete . It will consist of some <br /> .nkberries with hemlocks and/or Austrian pines . It will be <br /> n keeping with the vegetation that is there . <br /> The second violation occurred in the buffer where they simply <br /> put in a drainage patobasin on the east side of Great Oak <br /> Road within the buffer but no damage was done .
