19 October 1995 Page 2 . Mr . Thomas advised natural vegetation has grown up and is blocking the view . The Agent had no quarrel with h plan . He will be doing al l the Pruning 'in the future . Mr . Sherman s ated it was not a problem if pruned at the current level ; i i s 5-6 feet in places . Mr . Thomas will prune to about 3 feet . That was satisfactory % as long as done i n the off season . Mr . Sherman stated they would meet before this years pruning is done . Maintenance would be upon notice .hCommission and would be conditioned in the Certificate of Compliance . Public comments: none . The shrubbery area should not be touched . The Agent will go to the site w i h the applicant to sketch in the trees . The hearing could be closed upon receipt of a proper plan . Mr . Green asked if removing s tamps would create an erosion problem'? They will only do flush cutting and remove 3 to 1/2 of lower r n hes . There i t no loss of habitat . Mr . Sherman stated it is a reasonable and modest removal . Public comments: none .
