T hr property has <br /> been pruni n the past as there ared cuts . He asked '. <br /> they w r " l g li ing what has been done? <br /> Mr . Thomas stressed hey will doing every hing from now on <br /> the right way . He will be doing al l the Pruning 'in the <br /> future . <br /> Mr . Sherman s ated it was not a problem if pruned at the <br /> current level ; i i s 5-6 feet in places . Mr . Thomas will <br /> prune to about 3 feet . That was satisfactory % as long as <br /> done i n the off season . Mr . Sherman stated they would meet <br /> before this years pruning is done . Maintenance would be upon <br /> notice .hCommission and would be conditioned in the <br /> Certificate of Compliance . <br /> Public comments: none . <br /> VOTE= Motion made and seconded to dose pending receipt <br /> DEP and an on -site conditioned . They will only do flush cutting and remove 3 to <br /> 1/2 of lower r n hes . There i t no loss of habitat . <br /> Mr . Sherman stated it is a reasonable and modest removal . <br /> Public comments: none . <br />
