A letter from Michael r o tz k e <br /> was read requesting a continuance . <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to <br /> 16 November 1995 at :30 p .m . Unanimous vote <br /> CONTINUED TO 16 NOVEMBER BER 1995 - 7:30 P.M. <br /> M LES HUNTINGTON for a proposed single family dwelling <br /> w i t h garage , porch , deck , private well and water service , <br /> pervious driveway , subsurface sewage # sossystem and <br /> electric service at 87 Bayshore Drive . The septic is out of <br /> the Commission 's Jurisdiction . The well 's encroaching into <br /> the buffer strip because of previous approval . They are <br /> pr'o os i ng haybales aroUnd the well o f nt . Work limits will <br /> be defined with siltation Fences . <br /> Mr . Sherman stated it is a very good plan but asked for <br /> minor change , t hat the work 1 i m*t be moved back S Feet so the <br /> NUBS becomes the work limit .. <br /> Mr . S n c i would rather move the work limit to the deck . <br /> The undergrowth is 3-5 feet tail and there are no major <br /> trees . The whole lot is cut down to scrub oaks with no trees <br /> 41 or better entirely within that work limit . <br /> Mr .
