Kalweit., <br /> �. Sherman advised fir. F agerberg has presented an auxdiary plan. He is proposing a <br /> lawn area within the 100 feet. He was told dis had not been permitted priousr. Parts <br /> of it are wig the 100 feet. <br /> A& Johansen requested abutter notification receipts;no green cards received. <br /> TW Sheran advised the 20 foot lawn would not cone within the 50 foot naturally <br /> j vegetated buffer but would be within 100 feet. <br /> The Chainlaan asked Mrs. Kalweit if she was authorised to agree to changes? She was <br /> not. <br /> 1r. Shexnan stated the Comision could continue with the practice under the bylaw of <br /> "no lawn% or allow a lawn subject to follow the County Extension Services <br /> recommended berm and use of conservation seed mix. <br /> The Chaimun stated there is no one here to negotiate with, the Commission will have to <br /> proceed with ars Order of Condition. �&. Fagerbmg will have to appeal if not satisfied. <br /> The Agent stated he can put in standard ftnguage and fir. Fagerberg can appeal or care <br /> back for an amendment. <br /> fir. Rosenberg asked if the plan is satisfactory otherwise? fir. Sherman stated it was. <br /> A& Johansen stated it does not show the AC C. fir. Sherman stated it is not in any <br /> resource area. The plan gives enough information for an Order of Conditions. He asked i <br /> the Commission wants to condition no lawn within 1.00 feet of the wetland? The <br /> Commission agreed there should be no lawn. It was noted the plan of record wM be that <br /> clone by lave Sardcki; the reWning gall and lawn are not allowed as on the other plan. <br /> VOTE: Moti n made and seconded to close subject to receipt of DEP number and to <br /> Follow the accepted practice, under the bylaw, of not permitting a lawn. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br />
