Chris Costa presenting. Where is an existing store revetment and wooden revetment with old creosote timbers which was them for 25 or 30 years. The stone revetment has sikholes. They are proposing to patch behind the wall. He descnbed the methodology. They will, put a blowout patch in there and then move to get it licemed. Mr. Rosenbereg asked if there is filter cloth behind the stone now`. There is not. fir. Desrosiers asked if the new matte wffl be tongue and groove He was told they wiN use pressure treated. lir. Isrosiers stated that is a stop-gap measure. Asked how this MU be done, Mr. Costa stated a bobcat wit get the stone down. A& McIntyre owns both lots. Mr. Sherman stated it w l be conditioned that any disturbed areas wM be revegetated. Public comments: none. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending rcceipt of DEP number. Unanimous vote. CLOSED PENDING. Cranberry Bogs: Brian Handy's request for reimbursement for the fire loss was discussed by the Cranberry Bob, Committee. Also, the Agent discussed this with the Executive Secretaxy who advised this did not go out to bid and a ewrdingly could not be reimbursed by the Town. VOTE: Motion made and seconded that the Commission cannot legally reimburse Brian Handy for the fwc loss as the repairs did not go out to bid. A& Sharpe pointed out that accord to Man's contracts the insurance policy should have had coverage sufficient to cover ah losses. 1 r. Johansen advised the hmurance Company auted the machinery has depreciated. There was discussion of transfer of finds from cranbeffy monies. The Agent suggested putting all money, this year, into Cons mfi n Maintenance and Improvement. A& Sharpe asked if money goes into the aaccoun� can it be used for anything else?
