i I 25 January 1996 Page 8. The Agent advised Joel Lerner and Town Counsel recommended separating into two account. He suggested leaving $15,000 in the Cranberry Bog Operation/Maintenance account. Replacement of Joh Pond flurne should be considered. Money can be used to purchase and maintain conservation land. Articles must be submitted by Febmary 5. VO'C'E: Motion,made and seconded that money from the 1995 Cranbeny Bog Receipts and all but $15,000 from Cranberry Bog peratio ' tenance go t Conservations lands Maintenance and Improvement account. Unanimous Vote. NUUS OP: When the amended Order request was filed for the revetment, an extension was requested also. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to extend the Order of Conditions for the I aushop revetment for three years. Unanimous Vote. The Agent advised they have not yet recorded the Order and have requested minor amendments and stated this should be done under another amended ord . A& Rosenberg stated there would have to be a formal request that goes through the fall procedure. VOTE: Motion made and seconded that a request for an Amended Order be filed for any changes. Unanimous Vote. TRITON REALTY TRUST: The sheathing has been removed. Nowishme t will be conditioned. The other circumstance is that the revetment i on two lots. New Seabur has not signed off on this. SANTLTIT RIVER WORK: An Order of Conditions was issued under the Heng Warden for clearing of the Santuit River to be conducted under the direction of the i%inion of brie Fisheries and Lige Potter. Work was done that went beyond the Order of Conditions when rock check dams were put in. The Agent advised that the cranberry grower that the C rn�sion is under appeal with is going to use this. Ken Reback has arranged a meeting with DEP - Lakeville. They are seeldng the same latitude udtural. The Agent endorsed this. fir, Reback will look into this and if DEP does not look favorably on it, they will remove the check darns.
