The top of the bank is flood elevation and l foot higher under the <br /> bylaw. There is a 50 foot buffer strip. Th re will be a siltation fence at the upper location. <br /> The master plan for the area locates the septic. The greatest incursion is along the top of <br /> the bank where the water service lie will go. They will revegetate a 10 foot wide strip up <br /> to the work Wit. <br /> 1&. Johansen pointed out it also falls nth the Natural Heritage snap. Mr. Sanicl i stated <br /> the Falmouth map does not show that it is in; he wn provide a copy. IEP number has not <br /> been received yet. Board of Health approval has been issued. <br /> Ms Terrio stated she was at the site and there is no problem with the delineation but there <br /> were no numbers on the flags. <br /> Public comments: Charlie Bellamy, President of the Association, advised that when he <br /> built his Douse, he was told that no driveways could be paved in that area. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated them is no law under Chapter 131 concerning this and if the slope is <br /> Trot great the Comnussion would not require that it be unpaved. It is a case by case <br /> evaluation. <br /> Mr. Beery is interested in changing his driveway from stone to paved. <br /> 1W. Sherman stated it would need a pennit but it would be a very simple Bing. <br /> VOTE; Motion made and seconded to close pending certification of Natural Heritage <br /> and receipt of DPP number. Unanimous vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING <br />
