Dave Sanicki presented abutter notification receipts. They have had a seasonal float for manor years. When they care in for the house, they were asked to come back for the bulkhead. There are 10 inch ver cal posts staked up along the coast e. The ACEC follows the mean low water line. It is a structure along the toe of the bank, A 14, elevation 12. The entire property is in the flood zone. 1r. Johansen questioned it being in the wetland restriction area. l&. Sanickl advised there is no salt marsh in front of the structure but there is igaificant mar h south and north. In front of"propel there is a void. A& Sherman asked if there were boats kept here? Sanickd stated no. l it4. Sherman stated it would be impossible to see with snow on the ground. Work hal been done on the wafls which brought him into the ung process and he had thrown in some fill. I�e would like to condition to the effect that it would be evaluated again and no additional fill to be deposited A&. Sanicki agreed. fir. Sherman stated the number of boats and their drams will,have to be provided. A&. Sanicki will provide same. A&. De rosiers asked if there were no floats and was told there are none. Mr. Sanicki stated there is lateral access on either side. Is& Sharpe asked if I&. Leach is putting a boat at each post? �&. Sanicki stated no. Public comments: none. VOTE: Motion madc and seconded to closc with the condition added that a Spring inspection be made to evaluate that there is no additional requirements irements for the areas that had debris installed and a condition that no future access to debris will be allowed and receipt of information on the size and drab of the boats.
