It is proposed to replace <br /> the lawn., add a berm and replace the existing retaining wall. <br /> I It•. Sherman referred to the dimensions of the berm and requested a cross section. The <br /> height can be conditioned, as well as the plants. Hayes came before the Conor s ion concerning beach <br /> nourishment to be done at the Florence and Jacobsen properties. The existing order of <br /> Conditions calls for 212 c. r. of beach noudshment at the Florence prop. They have <br /> just excavated and are constructing at tWs moment. They watt to take sand out of the <br /> cellar hole, which is the same sand, and put It on the beach for nourishment and allow It to <br /> filter in annong these stones. The revetment is s ding slowly into the sea. They have <br /> ACOS and Chapter 91 permits. Tey will be coming back at some port to rebuild the <br />' wall, They have 600 c.y. of clean sand that they want to put on top of the wall so it would <br /> erode just like a coastal bank. Next door is Jacobsen re ui ng 412 c.y. Last year they put <br /> oo c.y. on that beach and it lasted two days and then was swept down the beach. They <br /> wiff pro-vide two sieve analyses. <br /> The Agent stated he would like to do this as an Amended Order because of the disturbance <br /> to the bank but could do away with that if a hmguage change to fir. Hayes' last entry and <br /> have it typewritten on an agreement sheet. 1&. Hayes would then get the signatures of the <br /> two property o nm; l r. Hayes agreed. The charge would be, "The traverse area will be <br /> reconstructed upon removal of the construction pads from which the crane operated and <br /> shah include reb �� or grading any of the disturbed buffer and any area of the coastal <br /> bank and associated vegetation, as deemed necessary by the Commission. ' Mr. Hayes <br /> agreed. This could be as binding as an amended order. ; <br /> l r.
