r Apra 1996 Page 10. Coastal Bank Delineation,: OTE: Motion made and seconded to approve the coastal bank delineation criteria a policy, as corrected by the Commission. Unanimous Vote. VBS: The denial for Krikorim was summanzed for scientific reasons. The Agent would like to use it as a standard for naturally vegetated buffer strip questions. It is on the record and how it is related to the burden of proof langauge in the bylaw. It would he admitted into the mord for any case involved. VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to adopt the memorandum headlined Naturally Vegetated Buffer Strips -Burden of Proof as the policy of the Commission to be distributed to applicants as printed. Unanimous Vote. A letter was received from McGregor & Shea 3orseley & Witten regarding SBS bylaws for towns. They are asking if the town wants their services for $1200. The Agent would like to write to there and apse that we have done a lot with this and would like to contribute what we have clone and ask therm to look it over and maybe work out something for a lot less. 1&. Rosenberg stated it should be made clear the Con mssion is not retaining them.
