Kerkorian stating that his <br /> letter has been presented to the Comnussion and they have advised the Agent to <br /> nom hire it is not the policy of the Comnussion and it is not the policy under the <br /> law to consider informal letters of tWs sort and that the only way the Comms ion <br /> could take action, if at all, would be with a forrW Notice of Intent. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> A letter to be sent stating that no modification of the Order of Conditions can come about <br /> without a fob filing with the Cornm ssion. <br /> Chapter 91: Changes have left the Commission in a tough position. They have a new ten <br /> year pem-i t called a simphfied procedure. They will not require engineered per, they are <br /> leaving it up to the Commissions.
