2 May 1996 <br /> Page 4. <br /> A& Shun stated he thought they were going to have to consider the work in two <br /> phases. The problem is the regrading issue and should be separate from the bank. Any <br /> incline within the flood zone becomes a bank. They will have to come back with the <br /> regrading.g. Ie suggested they should also talk to the DPW concerning a road-cut. <br /> To regrade, they will have to refile. <br /> A& Rosenberg stated the plan does not show how much they are tang out. They would <br /> have to be very precise because it would come under review at the Mate level. <br /> A& Sherman sued this will take care of the violation, for the regrading they will <br /> have to ree. As Grossman agreed. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative detffminatiorn for the rent rain <br /> r <br /> and a positive determination with respect to regrading.
