The lot is very difficult widt not much buildable area. <br /> Mr. Johansen advised there are taxes outstanding, DEP number missing, ownership <br /> attestation, fees are incorrect to the Mate and Board of Health advised no plans were <br /> submitted. It was requested that <br /> they maintain the 75 foot distance for the wetland and also the 100 foot requirement for <br /> the well w1tich does not leave very much of a window. The State requires three bedroom <br /> r inimutn design. To a him than they had to encroach into the buffer. They wiU install a <br /> Fast sysWm with tra-Violet. The septic will he 5 feet closer, it is up against the lot line. <br /> Devised plan to be submitted. He asked if the wetland line is acceptable? fir. Shun <br /> stated that it is. _ <br /> They will have to go through a formal Title V hearing and will request zero feet separation <br /> to the property line. The well will be in the back of the house and is not shown on this <br /> plan. He asked for a continuance to redeem the septic and meet with Board of Health. <br /> Ar. Sherman requested the house corners be staked, label the house corners and septic. <br /> Mr. Sherman expressed concern with the steepness of the slope whatever is done for slope <br /> stabRization will be based on best available technology. 1r.
