Bob Sherman stated that Mr. Costa, the engineer will not be here tonight due to illness. Bob bas- seen the site and has looked at the plan. This is an amended order request. This is an already existing house; nothing is getting closer t the bank. There is no incursion toward the top of the bank. There is no change of drainage which is going to increase drainage toward the top of the bank. This is a very -simple application. I would urge that we issue a positive order. A member of the commission made a motion to close. Seconded. All in favor, So moved.
