CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> TUNE 27, 1996 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> 7:10: Application of Donald Dyer for a determination of Applicability ity on replace- <br /> ment in the same locus of a pre-existing atalrway at 52 Quaker Run Road <br /> Assessors Map 9 , Block 46. <br /> Donald Dyer was present to speak for himself,, <br /> Elliot Rosenberg aked Mr. Dyer if he owed some money to the Town. <br /> Mr. Dyer stated that he owed money in taxes. <br /> Bob Sherman explained that we cannot issue a permit until we receive <br /> verification from the Town stating that has been resolved. Other than <br /> that issue, it is a replacement of an existing stairway in the same loca- <br /> tion on the existing post holes. <br /> A motion was made by David Sharpe, seconded. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> 7:1.5: Application of Gene Rufo for a Determination of Applicability on the cons-- <br /> strctin of a two. bedroom house, septic system, stone driveway with ten <br /> foot asphalt apron streetside and. associated landscaping as shown on the <br /> accompanying plans at 10 Surf Drive, Assessors Map 10 3, Block 42. <br /> Bob Sherman explained that -Mr. Rufo was not present. Bob arized: <br /> Originally when- they appeared for the building permit, it appeared that <br /> they were out of the Mood zone at or more. than loo feet from it. When <br /> the engineer plans came through, it seemed that 'his engineer found that <br /> he was within 100 feet of the flood zone. The house and the septic were <br /> not in the flood tone but the buffer zone, ander our by-law, so Bob informed <br /> Mr. Rufo that he had to file, and he did. <br /> Bob Sherman stated that he would urge a negative determination. <br /> Discussion, <br /> Mr. Rosenberg moved that we find negative. -Seconded.
