Unanimous vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> : o &-I CONSTRUCTION for proposed three bedroom dwelling with <br /> garage, driveway, subsurface sewage disposal system, service utilities at 48 <br /> lehofden Road. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised the Fine would.be $50, it is in the buffer. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded that as soon as After-the-fact fees of$20 <br /> and a $50 fine are paid for starting before issuance of the permit, a <br /> Negative finding will be issued subject to a language change on the <br /> application re Performance Standards for Land Subject to Coastal <br /> Storm Flowage.. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATE PENDING, <br /> 7:55 JOSEPH SALVO for a Determination of Applicability on a request for <br /> the installation of curbing along the outside of the driveway at 20 <br /> Whippoorwill Circle.
