There is sufficient water where the new float <br /> is proposed. Mr. Nation had no problem with the-suggestions but preferred <br /> the float stops. Mr. Sherman stated this could be conditioned. <br /> There was discussion on the size of the floats. Mr. Dation advised they are 2 <br /> 12 and 6 x 2 . Asked if the plan is correct, it is. <br /> Ir. Rosenberg advised if the people on Lot 14 and 15 wanted to build a dock, <br /> the only people who could prevent them from doing so is the people on Lot 12 <br /> and 13. He suggested a condition this expansion is permitted only so long as <br /> there is no dock on the adjacent property. <br /> Mr. Nation stated he would need the additional square footage if the dock was <br /> not shared. W. Rosenberg stated that might be true, but he may not always <br /> be the owner.
