Also, a request for topping of trees to a height of 12 - 14 feet at 1 <br /> Pontiac Road. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the plan shows the work would not be within 50 feet of <br /> the hank. He flagged.the 50 foot line. It is a very narrow area in front of the <br /> deck.- Trees wiR be 14 feet high; six gees are involved. Language to he added <br /> to the RDA that it is+river front and there wffi he a meting on-site with the <br /> person doing the work. <br /> . vt ,. . - <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative deterxnination providing <br /> language is added re river front and a pre-work on-site. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE PENDING. <br /> 7:20 MICHAEL .
