14 November 1996 <br /> Page 10. <br /> R,I V E RS ACT: workshops on the livers Act wffi be held on 11/25/96 in <br /> Hyannis at 2:00 and 6:30 p.m. <br /> VINING: The Agent advised the Clerk Magistrate upheld the $100 fme <br /> issued to Michael Vag at the Chapter 40-21D hearing. <br /> 1 A.R'C ice: A letter was received-from DEP authoring the Commission to <br /> proceed. This can be closed at the continued hearing. <br /> A.RI INN: A warrant for payment to Eleanor Harding for purchase of her <br /> property was signed. <br /> WATER DISTRICT: A. report was received from a citizen that the District <br /> was Rushing mains and that chloride going into the ponds. The Agent <br /> expressed concern. <br /> ICP; Coastal Resource Plans were distributed. It was agreed the <br /> Commission should comment next week at the public meeting. Comments are <br /> duebefore Tuesday. <br /> LAKESIDE TRAILER PARR# A. letter received from the association was <br /> distributed. There are no wetland issues. A letter to be written by the Agent <br /> to let them know they can come in and state any wetland concerns they may <br /> have. <br /> OTIS PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION AM; Letter received from the <br /> Dept. of the Air Force looking for volunteers to provide advice to Mashpee <br /> residents. <br /> SOUTH CAPE BRACH: The Advisory Commission wiU be meeting next <br /> Tuesday. They wifl be discussing the final disposition of the 10 acre site when <br /> the park plan is frilly implemented. lily. Green will attend this meeting. <br /> ENFORCEMENT.0 <br /> High school site: The Agent advised there is some progress. Don Schap <br /> was hired and is sending a letter recommending they follow the <br /> recommendations of Don Liptack. If work is not started, a $300 per day fine <br /> will be issued.. <br /> D CONSTRUCTION: This was a Blakeman lot with. the Order of <br /> Conditions sitting around for payment o taxes and a plan. 5 D tools over and. <br />
