14 November 1996 <br /> Page 11. <br /> the well went in without a permit. There was no damage. They said they <br /> could not get a big permit until the well went in. <br /> VT Motion made and seconded to issue a loo fine to 5 D Construction. <br /> COMMENDATION: letter of recognition was sent to John Johansen by <br /> Mr. & Mgrs. Kahalas to thank him for his patience and assistance inung <br /> Notice of Intent. The Commissioners gave John a round of applause. <br /> DCC: This will be discussed at the Sel.ectrnens' meeting on November 1 . <br /> The Agent stated he wiH be there and felt the Commission should male a <br /> presentation. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons suggested a map to display, designating the area ,involved. <br /> The Cape Cod Commission will be contacted to see if a representative wlu <br /> attend. <br /> It was suggested the Falmouth ICC should be cited for their success. <br /> QVCC: Mr. Sharpe advised the cart paths were blanc topped on Monday with <br /> no silt fences or haybales in plane. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised Mr. Green and Ms Terrio. were out there and they were <br /> ordered to put in ha bales. <br /> The Commission was polled a :00 p.m. to go into Executive Session to <br /> discuss the Laue natter and pending litigation. <br /> AYE: John Johansen, Ralph Shaw, David Sharpe, George green, Harry <br /> esrosiers. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to go into Executive Session and not <br /> return to open session.
