Lee added this language. <br /> Pubhe comments-. none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION <br /> 7;25 MAN EL GA CIA for a Determination of Applicability on a request to <br /> permit and maintain an e3dsting deck, pier and boat area to coincide with <br /> Chapter 91 Amnesty license at 46 Cayuga Ave. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 7:30 GARY LOCARNO for the construction of a non-commercial floating <br /> dock to coincide with Chapter 91 lieensing at 51 Waterline Drive South. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised an abutter had not been notified. Also, the plan <br /> submitted was not an engineered plan but there was a previously engineered <br /> plan with water depths. The only unengineered part is the ramp and floats. <br /> Shellfish has no concerns, nor does the Harbormaster. <br /> Mr. Johansen advised the figures for the fees were worked out correctly but <br /> the plan is not correct. <br /> Mr. Sharpe questioned putting Mr. L oc ar o through an additional expense; he <br /> did not Feel this was necessary. <br /> 11r.
