Abutter notification receipts provided. This is in <br /> response to two areas of work permitted where work departed from the work <br /> approved. A catch basin was installed near the Real Estate fond. They <br /> replaced the pipe and shortened. it. They put in silt fences but the contractor <br /> put stone behind the silt fence and the Commission decided that would <br /> necessitate a Notice of Intent, <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it impacted a small section of Bev, <br /> Mr. Grotzke stated as water comes out of the pipe, velocity wiH be slowed. <br /> down. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it makes sense and the hearing could be closed pending <br /> his site visit. <br /> Mr. Johansen stated the IEP number is missing and also the attestation o <br /> ownership form. <br /> Public comments: none, <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of DEP number, <br /> attestation of ownership and an on-site by the agent. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br />
