21 November 1996 <br /> Page 7. <br /> Mr. Tomczyk of DEP thought they would be allowed to do vista pruning in all <br /> cases. <br /> CPC: The Selectmen have deliberated and will. support a public hearing. <br /> Mr. Sheerman did not get a feeling they were going to cone out and endorse <br /> this. The Chairman would like to see it as a ballot question. <br /> IIx. Green advised Falmouth stopped the process. <br /> Dis-information that was passed by hand the night of the Selectmen's' <br /> meeting was distributed. The author is unmown. <br /> It was agreed the Cape Cod Commission is the proper avenue to carry this <br /> out. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg suggested obtaining from the Cape Cod Commission an <br /> estimate which would reflect the costs for the service they would provide. <br /> Also, the Environmental Coalition should be out and working. <br /> EM GRANS': The paperwork has been submitted for M hpee/Wa eby <br /> water levels. There should be no problem obtaining this from the State which <br /> wi .make for a total of$10,000. The RFP should be ready to go out. <br /> MINUTES: Mr. Sharpe pointed out that in the Minutes of 31 October on <br /> page 2 of the second Executive Session he is quoted as stating the <br /> Commission should be held accountable for allowing this to happen. His <br /> statement was that the Commission shouldn't be held accountable. <br /> Correction to be made. <br /> PARTY: The Town Christmas party will be held on December 21 at <br /> Christine's Restaurant. Reservations and money must be in by December 3. <br /> PLUME C NTA INMENT: A letter was received from Jacobs E n gin eerin g. <br /> They are coming to the phase where they will start treatment. They do not <br /> have to go through the Commission for permitting. The Agent expressed <br /> concern and recommended he send a letter that work should not be clone <br /> without consultation with the Commission. He has been advised there is an <br /> upcoming meeting to which he has been invited to update him on their plans. <br /> He invited Greg Wirsen to attend. Mr. Green will attend also. <br /> PLANS/RESOURCEAREAS: The Agent advised he and the Building <br /> Inspector have been working on what they would like to see on plans. <br />
