The Agent asked Ir. Rosenberg what should.be done <br /> when an appeal is fled and work is in process? He stated work must be <br /> stopped. This should be made clear in the regulations. Mr. Rosenberg will <br /> write up the language. <br /> MORIART s R: The Agent advised when the Amended Order was <br /> issued., the assumption was that the expiration was automaticaRy extended. <br /> He stated this would have to be refiled by the new owner and asked of the <br /> Commission would waive the town fees other than the advertising, for this <br /> project This was agreed. <br /> The Commission was polled to go into Executive session to discuss hkel <br /> litigation at 9:00 p.m. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to go into Executive Session and to <br /> not re-enter open session when wished..
