Mr. Sherman stated the narrative is m general keeping with guidance for vista prunimg. He recommended a pre-work on-site to mark the trees. Public comments: none. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of DEP number and receipts for abutter notification. Unanimous Vote. i CLOSED PENDING, i 8;30 SAMUEL RE to repair a failed septic system at 32 Waterway. Ed i esce presented abutter notification receipts. This is an emergency repair that has an emergency certificate. Cllr. Sherman asked when dug exp how it wifl be repaired' It wifl be loaned and seeded but as it is December, Mr. Pesce asked for guidance. Mr. Sherman suggested ecology nom. 1r. Pesce stated they would like to match the existing. They are only putting in a pump chamber in the rear; leaching in the hack will be abandoned. Mr. Sherman stated it will be conditioned that it will be covered with mulch and if there is any other plan, they will have to come back to us. Mr. Pesce advised they have not received Board of Health approval yet. An area presently garden is bounded by landscape timbers. Asked if that wild be abandoned, Mr. Pesce stated it would; the owner is unsure where the leach pits are. Tar. Sherman stated a pre-work on-site .will he scheduled. Mr. Green questioned two septic tanks. He would like to see them remove the pipe. 11r. Sherman stated if Elias McQuaid had no objections,ions, tha could be put in the Order of Conditions.
