December 1996 <br /> Page 7. <br /> 8:20 MYLES HUNTINGTON for vista pruning at 87 Bayshore Drive. Paul <br /> Sellars presenting. Receipts for abutter notice to be provided. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the narrative is m general keeping with guidance for <br /> vista prunimg. He recommended a pre-work on-site to mark the trees. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of DEP number <br /> and receipts for abutter notification. Unanimous Vote. <br /> i <br /> CLOSED PENDING, <br /> i 8;30 SAMUEL RE to repair a failed septic system at 32 Waterway. Ed <br /> i <br /> esce presented abutter notification receipts. This is an emergency repair <br /> that has an emergency certificate. <br /> Cllr. Sherman asked when dug exp how it wifl be repaired' It wifl be loaned <br /> and seeded but as it is December, Mr. Pesce asked for guidance. Mr. Sherman <br /> suggested ecology nom. 1r. Pesce stated they would like to match the <br /> existing. They are only putting in a pump chamber in the rear; leaching in the <br /> hack will be abandoned. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it will be conditioned that it will be covered with mulch <br /> and if there is any other plan, they will have to come back to us. <br /> Mr. Pesce advised they have not received Board of Health approval yet. An <br /> area presently garden is bounded by landscape timbers. Asked if that wild be <br /> abandoned, Mr. Pesce stated it would; the owner is unsure where the leach <br /> pits are. <br /> Tar. Sherman stated a pre-work on-site .will he scheduled. Mr. Green <br /> questioned two septic tanks. He would like to see them remove the pipe. 11r. <br /> Sherman stated if Elias McQuaid had no objections,ions, tha could be put in the <br /> Order of Conditions. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE; Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of DEP number, <br /> Board of Health approval, that the pipe be disconnected and a pre.. <br /> work on-site scheduled. Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br />
