He stated they could submit <br /> a landscape plan.� . <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it would have to be approved. He advised this quakes <br /> as nverfront area which is not shown on the plan. This can be conditioned. <br /> Mr. Wilson agreed. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending DEQ', confirming <br /> approval of the Board of Health and noting it is riverfront in <br /> the Order of Conditions. 1 nardmous Vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING, <br /> 8:50 JOHN HEDDERSON for a Determination of Applicability on after-the- <br /> fact removal of pine trees and proposed removal of six additional pine trees <br /> within the buffer zone at 389 Redbrook Road. 1r. & Mrs. Hedderson <br /> presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised that inadvertently they cut down some pine trees and <br /> would like to cut down six more. He would meet with the person doing the <br /> cutting. It is well outside the 50 foot buffer. The naturally vegetated buffer is <br /> left intact. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion crude and seconded to fmd a negative determination. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATI DETERMINATION, <br /> 8:55 MARY SCANLAN to request maintenance in perpetuity for selective <br /> vegetation removal and pruning at 114 FeM Pond loaf. Ms Scanlan <br /> presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated originaMy there was a permit under a plan done by Mario � <br /> DiGregorio. A Certificate of Compliance was issued and not maintenance in <br /> perpetuity that arequired rung. It would be subiect to the same as before. <br />
