Mr. Green and Mr. Desrosiers will attend. <br /> ffla Hours: Memo received from the Executive Secretary re keeping the <br /> office open forty hours per week. The Agent advised he is trying to work it out <br /> on a shifting basis with the help. <br /> Hunting/Chapter 173: Signs were posted to make people aware that <br /> hunting is being allowed on. Conservation land; In 1990 rules were adopted to <br /> allow hunting only until 10:00 a.m.; this was before the bylaw. The Agent <br /> suggested a public hearing be held. <br /> Jacobs Engineering Group: A letter was received stating they could not <br /> guarantee, because of pressure, that t .ey could follow all timetables for filing. <br /> . <br /> A letter was sent haat they must inform the Commission of their plans and <br /> get input. They have since stated they agree with the letter and would not <br /> start without informing the Commission. There will be a meeting to go over <br /> their proposals the first or second week in January. <br /> Environmental Monitoring Draft Report: Mr. Sherman reviewed the <br /> studies to be done and they would be very useful to the Commission. A <br /> prebm-lin ry draft has been promised. <br /> Drew: Parcels of land have been offered to the Commission, a 16 acre parol, <br /> o acre parcel and a small parcel on Great flay Road. It would be part of the <br /> refuge. The low bidder has been told to get started. A vote was taken <br /> previously. <br /> CPQ status: The Selectmen have agreed to Bold a public hearing but no <br /> date has been set due to the holidays. <br /> =moJ <br />
