He does not agree with everything McGonagle said. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked why is he writing to the Commissions if he has a letter <br /> that says.......Mr. Desrosiers stated it was only because of what was discussed <br /> here tonight, that he has written to everybody and nobody wants to accept <br /> responsibility. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Commission is spinning its wheels. He suggested a <br /> draft letter by Mr. esrosiers, Mr. Shaw and Mr. Rosenberg for the next <br /> meeting to consider. <br /> Tar. Rosenberg was willing to do that; Mx. Desrosiers and Mr. Shaw agreed <br /> also. <br /> A18: The Agent advised this has been repealed by the Attorney General <br /> and thus the Commissions does not have to do an economic impact analysis if <br /> it does its own AG re . Copy distributed for discussion next meeting. <br /> The Commission was polled to go into Executive session: <br /> Mr. Desrosiers stated all members should be briefed on what goes on at an <br /> executive Session and also, relative to the minutes of an Executive session. <br /> ''here is a natter of propriety to that. It should be made clear to all members <br /> that when the Commission goes into Executive Session, it is taming on <br /> certain res ns:R)ili y to not divulge information. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg thought it might be a mistake in disseminating to each <br /> member a copy of the Executive session mutes. They should be kept in <br /> file in the office, available only to members of the Commission and <br /> Commission personneL <br /> Aye: John Johansen, Marry l esrosiers David Sharpe, Ralph Shaw, <br /> VOTE: Motions made and seconded to go into Executive Session to discuss <br /> existing htigation and to not re+enter open session.
