He <br /> when the remaining , g p <br /> very explained that the town is ve disappointed with the amount of work accomplished over the <br /> p pp <br /> school vacation. <br /> of Stone responded. He explained that Stone is mobilizing their own <br /> F David Patrick, <br /> Presidentp p g <br /> staff to complete the job because the original subs refuse to complete the work until they receive <br /> payment. Stone has done in excess of$400,000 of extra work which took a lot of manpower. It <br /> takes time to mobilize another staff. Over the holiday,they did work on the epoxy floors and <br /> work on the metal lockers. He reviewed some of the items on the punchlist: <br /> Carpet and DICT: sub refuses to come back until they are paid. Jim Byrne said they were here on <br /> Friday and did some work <br /> Signs: are on order;they are looking at samples. <br /> Lamp replacement:Mark Tetreault said Stone offered lamps to replace the entire stock but the <br /> Building Committee wants a credit for the labor and Stone is not prepared to offer that. <br /> Joel said it is a requirement of the contract. <br /> Locks: the supplier says he installed what is required;there are different interpretations. <br /> Jim said the issue is a lot deeper than then. He has counted 50-• 0 missing in addition to the <br /> entry doors. <br /> Interior caulking:Mr. Patrick said the sub wont come back until they are paid. <br /> W <br /> That is where they stand with the remaining worm <br /> .Pat Costello asked where they stand with Conservation Commission? <br /> Joel Seeley explained Stone submitted a remediation plan to Cons Corn which was accepted but <br /> it has not yet been implemented. <br /> A monetized list of work that is uncompleted or unacceptable was discussed. That list has not <br /> been finalized by SNIlAA and has not yet been provided to Stone. <br /> A me Liz contends that the unchllst items do no amount to a lot money,not$1.8 million <br /> tto y p he town's position which remains in their contract . He said it would be helpful to get ttion on every <br /> one of these items and also to know what other claims the town has. where is the town heading <br />
