13) The parking will be limited to the 48-lined parking spaces. Only vehicles with <br /> watercraft will be permitted to park at the facility. The managing authority may <br /> close the gate for security reasons (with Public Access Board approval). <br /> 14) The attendant for the Town of Mashpee shall close the gate when all 48 parking <br /> spaces have been filled, and no additional boats shall be allowed to launch until <br /> space is made available by the departure from the parking lot at least one of the <br /> boats on its trailer. <br /> 15. During the months of June,July, and August organized events shall be limited to <br /> 24 boats/trailers. <br /> 16. During the other months,organized events shall be limited to 36 boats/trailers. <br /> 18. During the months of July and August, there shall be no more than 6 organized <br /> events per month with no more than 2 on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. <br /> 19. More than one event may occur on a given day if the above maximum limits are <br /> not exceeded. <br /> 20. A maximum of 2 or events per year may exceed the above limits (not <br /> during July or August) <br /> 21. The starting time for all events shall not be before 7:00 A.M. but participants may <br /> launch before the starting time. <br /> 22. All participants must clearly mark both boats (or contestants) and vehicles in a <br /> manner approved by the Public Access Board. <br /> 23. All groups must have a valid, approved permit and show said permit (if <br /> requested) to any employee of the Public Access Board, Public Access Board <br /> member agency, or designated representative of the Managing Authority. <br /> Notes: All regulations are subject to waiver by the Public Access Board. <br /> Public Access Board Policy is to require an Environmental Police Officer(EPO) <br /> whenever organized events exceed 60-75% (depending on the time of year etc.) <br /> of parking capacity but is also subject to other variables.
