He distributed a COPY Ofa <br /> � <br /> report done by Aubrey Consulting to determine the effects of <br /> dredging <br /> on tidal flushing of the Mashp ee River. The results <br /> showed a very slight improvenient , and in some cases no <br /> improvement.+ Dr. Gordon and Mr. Hanks plan to meet with Aubrey <br /> Thursday , and then prepare a report to give to the Board <br /> on hef ore ion r��eet ink� noting <br /> of Selectmen on Friday afternoon (before <br /> the findings from Aubrey and the sediment analysis . The Article <br /> � <br /> for- <br /> down Meeting is asking for $85 , 000 for dredging to be <br /> expended under the direction of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Mr.. <br /> -- <br /> Ellis <br /> favored askinq $85 ,000 for permits to dredge the Ma shpee <br /> River. Mr, Hanks favored a scaled down comprehensive plan or <br /> Fr ter dredging -. lar . " Mr. Danks reviewed the Popponesset <br /> Bay Comprehensive Dredging Blare Schedule Model Phases I , II , <br /> and III. <br /> Tat <br /> er a s Bylaws Regulations* Mr. Hanks reported that the <br /> updated ashee- ak,eb Regulations were sent to the Board of <br /> � <br /> Selectmen. The new chapter 170 Waterways By-Laws are still <br /> not approved roved the Attorney General and therefore cannot be <br /> o � <br /> artiended at the October Town meeting <br /> Joint <br /> Dock. Permittin Mr* Hanks reported there has <br /> been no progress. <br /> - - <br />
