Burt is <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Mr, Burtis was present to discuss his plans for oyster and quahog <br /> production at Hamblin Pond. The area consists of 45, 000 sq t ft. <br /> and is out of the resource area. Mr. Bartis noted he triad to <br /> staff' beyond. 150 ft. off the shoreline; he knows he will have to <br /> go to the Concom. Maps showed the area under discussion. fir. <br /> York said the area is not a resource area and, because it is a <br /> change in location, a vote should be taken. It was agreed to <br /> amend the vote taken at the February 3 meeting. <br /> MOTION by Mr. Daly to accept as amended a motion to grant <br /> conditional approval of four granas sub'ect to adoption of new <br /> shellfish aquaculture license regulations was seconded by Mro <br /> Taylor. Voted unanimously.
