The reason i <br /> � s that although the ComrDission <br /> had advocated a moratorium a year ago, 'it was for a different reason i.e,pending ' <br /> new regulations. • � � l� g adoption of <br /> 11 r. Ellis letter stated a reason of wanting to have areas delineated where <br /> aquaculture could take place. Mr. Hanks stated eve should make our opinion known. <br /> There was discussion of the subject of how do we know F J when there are too many grants? <br /> Is there a number, oris it the area of the waterways covered. He explained that the draft plan was not consistent ' <br /> points in��� 1 tint nth some��the <br /> p Regional Policy Plan,notable the issue of seal level rise. He explained the <br /> background of how the Coastal Resourcesp <br /> Management ornn�ttee arrived at the conclusion to <br /> not accept the premise of sea level rise.
