TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> MA HPEE WATERWAYS AI COMMISSION TOWN CLERK <br /> MINUTES July 7, 199 12 PM 4: 21 <br /> COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Jim Hanks, Chairman, Herb Silver, William Taylor, Don <br /> Lund, Jerry Dal] , Paul Lumsden <br /> Also present: Ed Baiter, Ma hpee resident <br /> CALL To ORDER: Mr. Hanks called the meeting to order in Conference Room 3 at <br /> Town Hail at 7:01 p.m. <br /> MINUTES: The minutes of June 2, 1998 were accepted as written. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE <br /> Several notifications pertaining to dock permits were received. <br /> The Watershed Reappointments were received. Mr. Hanks and Mr. Silver were <br /> reappoi rued to the scientific subcommittee and Mr. Silver to the Watershed <br /> hed <br /> Committee. <br /> Bill Taylor was appointed to the WBNERR Advisory Committee <br /> Shellfish Department letters were received pertaining to docks <br /> The i i t of the selectmen liaison a signrents was received <br /> Conservation Commission agenda <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Harbormaster .e ort <br /> Due to Mr. Ellis having to attend the shellfish meeting, no report was given. <br /> Committee Reports <br /> Fresh Deter: <br /> i• <br /> is <br /> I; <br /> Mr. Taylor stated that the Mashpee-Wakeby Lake Management Committee met <br /> l: <br /> and the Mate fish and wildlife group is still working on the issue regarding <br /> mussels. -Th � are not going to hold regular meetings, only when material needs <br /> ' to be reviewed. <br /> 1, <br /> Popponesset <br /> Mr. Silver Mated that the green boat is still present at the Ockway Bay ramp. He <br /> also Mated that he reported four other boats on the grass and the edge of the <br /> grater. He does not know to whom they belong. He requested to send out a <br /> 1 <br />
