He witnessed <br /> inappropriate behavior by many jet skis and trim to contact the Harbormaster. <br /> Mr. Silver suggested that the Harbormaster patrol more in this area. Mr. Silver reported that there was a lot of <br /> animosity towards us again. Mr. Hanks sent a letter to the committee stating that <br /> a dredging status report will follow and feels this should help the animosity that <br /> the committee is currently feeling. <br /> Triton Way Project: <br /> Mr. Silver has not had any communication with anyone. Mr. Silver recommended <br /> the committee will send a letter to invite Cllr. Silver to the meetings. Mr. Hanks <br /> suggested we contact them as a first step, and will talk to the engineers. <br /> 1 aguoit Bay <br /> Mr. I✓ordharn was sick but a report was given that most moorings are occupied <br /> and the boat ramp is very busy. Mr. Hams reported numberous problems with <br /> Jet-skis. <br /> Dredging Committee: <br /> Mr. Taylor stated that the request has been submitted for the maintenance <br /> dredging at the entrance to opponent Bair in 1999 and the funds have been <br /> allocated. <br /> Shellfish Regulations Update., <br /> Mr. Hanks stated that the Selectmen adopted the Shellfish Aquaculture <br /> regulations at the Board of Selectmen meeting held July 6� 1998. <br /> . Update on Waterways Improvement Plan and Dredging Permits: <br /> Mr. Hanks reported that there was no chane on the plan. He distributed reports <br /> given to the planning board regarding the water quality testing program. He has not <br /> heard from Dr. Howes regarding the next test date. The Aubrey report is finished, <br /> but not yet delivered. A draft dredging status report is in preparation, the first part is <br /> the background and the second part is suggestion a list of tasks to be accomplished. <br /> i� <br /> Hanks distributed and explained in detail different basin design options for the <br /> Mr. � s � � <br /> materials disposal.
