New Sea bu epl en i l l f gent P roa d. <br /> Mr. Silver contacted David Bo arnick at First Equity Associates to be added to <br /> the mailing list to attend meetings, and he also invited them to the Waterways <br /> meeting. <br /> Waguoit Bav: <br /> Mr. Fordham reported that is has been extremely busy. The mooring field is full. <br /> The water appeared to be dirty from all the boats, but today appeared clean. <br /> Update on Waterways-Improvernent Plan and Dred in Permits; <br /> Mr. Hanks that there has been no activity on the Improvement Plan. Mr. Hanks <br /> reported that the biggest problem with dredging is going to be sediment disposal. <br /> The stenberg parcel has been suggested as a possibility. Mr. Hants distributed <br /> several hand outs to committee members (please see attached). At this point the <br /> committee entered into a lengthy discussion regarding the disposal of the <br /> sediment and their possibilities. <br /> The following three questions on the handout were voted on as follows: <br /> 1. Coes the committee agree with the assumptions described? <br /> Mr. Silver made a motion to agree to the assumptions. lir. Daly <br /> seconded. Unanimous. <br /> . can we agree on the segments presented, or should the definitions be <br /> modified <br /> Mr. Daly made a motion to break segment D into two parts, making the <br /> segments A, B, c, D1, D2, and E. Mr. Silver seconded. Unanimous. <br /> 3. Which segments does the committee recommend to be dredged <br /> Ir. Daly made a motion to seely permit for dredging of A, B, C, and DI <br /> with D1 being defined as the last mooring on the river. Mr. Lumsden <br /> seconded. Unanimous. <br /> Mr. Hanks will submit a letter to the selectmen. He will also send a letter <br /> to the Army corps of Engineers with a copy of the map and will change <br /> the wording to incorporate the last motion. A copy of the Aubrey report <br /> will also be attached. <br /> is <br /> Federal No Dischar a Area Designation <br /> No activity was reported on this matter. <br /> Notes on an informal meeting on proposed boat speeds for Waquoit Bay were <br /> handed out. The committee discussed this issue. Mr, Ellis feels that this is <br /> unenforceable without radar guns. Mr. Taylor made a motion to respond that the <br /> committee is comfortable with the gays things are currently working and do not <br /> feel chanes need to be made. Nor.
