Swart Baugh, Leslie <br /> Fields, Ed Baker, Perry Ellis, i cls York, and Michael Ford. <br /> Jiro. Hanks called the meeting to order at 7 : 03 p.m. <br /> Leslie Fields of The Woods Hole Group passed out a <br /> memorandum detailing the analysis of dredging and disposal <br /> alternatives for the Mashpee River Project . Ms . Fields also <br /> led a detalled presentation and discussion of the analysis <br /> to solicit input from the commission, <br /> The discussion ultimately focused on two non--conservation <br /> parcels selected for consideration as off-loading sites for <br /> a mechanical dredging project. The first site is an <br /> undeveloped parcel located near- the mouth of the river and <br /> is -used by the Pirates cove neighborhood for recreation. <br /> The second site being considered is the Town of Mashpee <br /> pull is .Landing located in shoestring Bay at the end of <br /> Mashpee Neck Road. The Pros and corns of these two sites <br /> were discussed in detail . <br /> Harbormaster, Perry Ellis, suggested using smaller }urges <br /> with construction dumpsters, butting right up to the ramp, <br /> eliminating mechanical time . The ale---watering would be done <br /> on-site in the construction dumpsters . Mr. Ellis further <br /> suggested that Warne Jaed3ky would be the appropriate <br /> person for Ms . Fields to contact to explore this <br /> possibility. Leslie Fields agreed to consider and loo} <br /> into this option. <br /> After much discussion over the two proposed disposal s ltes, <br /> a motion was made by Gerald Daly to use the town landing as <br /> the commission' s first cholce for disposition of the <br />
