New eabu r BeachReplenishment Project Discusslorr _Herb l art There is no report available at this time. a u it Bad Area--Jim Harks ' County Dredge Advisory Committee---Bill Taylor Mr. Taylor reports that there has been no County Dredge Advisory meeting held.. Waterways By-Laws and Regulations"-Hanks .Another draft was prepared for Mr. Ellis to use, but no further review has taken place. We are still trying, to arrange a meeting with Col. Murray. 4, Waterways Improvement Plan and Dredginiz Permit Status This topic was dealt with earlier in the meeting with Leslie Fields from the woods Hole group, Johns Pond Issues Jim Hanks gave us a handout detailing a proposed set of actions for dealing with issues and problems that residents of Johns Fond are facing. Jing and Bill Taylor met with John Harris. John Harris is in charge of this project on behalf of the Johns Pond Association. Mr. Harris is going to do some research on his own regarding Johns Pond previous dredging history. Mr. Hanks told John Harris that he would be in touch with Wayne Jaodtke regarding doing a hathyrnotry survey on the pond. 5. Aquaculture Moratorium b`ecuves Discussion Chairman., Jim Hawks sent a letter out to the selectman stating that waterways Commission did not see any further need for the Moratorium, 6. Barnstable County Coastal Committee Update T- Gerald Dal� Wayne Jaedtke was present at the last meeting and explained that he was optimistic about going to the Barn stabl e County for monies to help for the barge and it's uses.
