Bob Bangs (new <br /> proposal), b. Steve Ball(revised proposal) and c. Mo Cassanelli (revised proposal). <br /> The meeting was then tined over to Rick York. Mr. York suggested, in the interest <br /> of time, gentlemen with the Aquaculture Grant Proposals might want to be heard first <br /> so that they may, if they wish., excuse themselves from the remainder of the meetings. <br /> Fick provided the use of an overhead projector so that everyone in the audience might <br /> better view the maps during presentation.. <br /> Steve Ball from 53 Amy Road made the first presentation of his Aquaculture Grant <br /> Proposal. Mr. Ball started his presentation off with mentioning that he has <br /> downscaled his proposal significantly from his previous one, <br /> Mr. Ball's first site is now 2,500 sq. feet. His second site at 156 Monomoscoy, which <br /> he is part owner of, is 2,180 sq. feet. <br /> Steve explained his proposal at length using a map and answered questions quite <br /> thoroughly. Mr. Hanks shared with everyone that he and Harbormaster perm Ellis <br /> had opportunity to visit the proposed site and neither of them could see any problem <br /> with amending last year's application, <br /> Herb Silver made a notion to amend Steve Balis Aquaculture Grant Proposal of last <br /> year for both proposed sites. Bill Taylor seconded the motion and all other <br /> corrmssion members voted in favor. <br />
