Mr. <br /> McAffrey <br /> stated that he attended a meeting on 6-6-00 regarding the recreational use <br /> of he lake specifically water-skiing. He also brought newspaper <br /> clippings to shote that there was advance notice given to the public about the hearing <br /> � <br /> in back t of which there we <br /> only two people in attendance, <br /> dating <br /> Mr. 11 .cAffrey also wanted to know if it was the Waterways Commission7 the <br /> r the Town Manager who was pursuing the by-laws at the state level <br /> Harbormaster, o g , <br /> after last year's incident when he brought the issue of the town by-laws not being <br /> applicable on the lake. <br />
