A lot of the subjects that were <br /> discussed were already brought up carli.er in this meeting receding problems with rules <br /> and regula €ons being violated on the lake.. Mr, Taylor adso reported that we do have a <br /> list of owners of the tax parcels in the lake area and we wiil try to make up a mailing list. <br /> Waterways By-laws and Regulations--Jim <br /> Jff' n His reported that we had a situation over in Great River. Someone had loaned <br /> his mooring to somebody else. The boat that came in to use the mooring was far too <br /> large for the a a. The ownet of the vessel was finally caught up with and told that if the <br /> vessel was found there again it would have to he impounded. This incident prompted <br /> Harbormaster ferry Ellis to compose a letter to the Board of Selectmen contw=g a <br /> draft regulation regarding the use of private moorings. At the present tine we have no <br /> offioial rules • .d reilations regarding the use and mouse of moorings. A copy of the <br /> letter was distributed to comrmssion members. Briefly the letter states that the only <br /> vessel allowed on a mooring should be the one registered to that mooring with the <br /> exception of a loan of not more than fo -ei ht hours.the harbo�ster mint be <br /> notified and prior approval given before such a loan is made. Also, rental of a ptvate <br /> mooring is forbidden and shall result in immediate cancellafion of the mood pest. <br /> t. <br /> Lastly, moof-ing tackle must rem iii the water and at itis assigned location at all tines <br /> (sunimer or winter taclde . if any equipment needs to be rmoved for any poses,it <br /> should be replaced as soon as possible. <br /> Per also asked that the waterways omission put-two new item on the Benda for <br /> rY <br /> discussion.
