9 January 199' <br /> Page 11. <br /> Articles for Town Meeting: The Agent stated if there are any comments, <br /> they should be given to him prior to next meeting. <br /> 'racy Lane: There is a stream that goes under the road near Tracy Lane <br /> and a hole was found in the culvert with dirt going into the River. The pipe <br /> has collapsed. The Mosquito District was in there working. Major <br /> reconstruction will be necessary with a g to the Commission. <br /> MACC Workshop: schedule distributed. <br /> Trail. Impacts: Article distributed for review. <br /> New seal ury: Request west received to put up a temporary fence west of the <br /> dewatch revetment. They were told they would have to file for it but that <br /> they could go ahead and put it up because it is to ] eek the work area isolated <br /> from resource areas. This is a staging area that has been used for years. <br /> Conference Room: A room is next to the new office in town hall which will <br /> be used by Board of Health and Board of Appeals, as well. The Agent asked <br /> how much flexibility members have for meeting on a different night than <br /> Thursday? The Commissioners were agreeable if a change is necessary. <br /> Bylaw changes: A copy of the MACC model bylaw with changes was <br /> distributed. The Agent stated he was not advocating all of these changes. <br /> The only change he is suggesting now is Item 2, Jurisdiction. He gage them a <br /> copyo re corded version of Item 2. a suggested adopting this and doing n <br /> � <br /> Article for Town Fleeting. He recommended taking the 200 feet of the livers <br /> Bid and put it into the Bylaw to make it parallel. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to file an Article. <br /> Proposed Rei* changes: change two demotions of what is Land in <br /> Agriculture and ghat is maintenance. The Agent would like to schedule a <br /> legs Hearing soon before the legislature puts 304.18 in again. <br /> It was agreed to schedule an additional meeting to discuss these changes and <br /> other old business pending on 15 January at :00 p.m. <br /> Mashpee-Wakeby Pond Levels: The Agent advised Bob Gray found a <br /> letter dated 1989 from Fish & Wildlife which stated anyone is supposed to get <br /> Permission from Fish & Wilde when raising or lowering water levels. <br />
