23 January 1997
Page .
Ms Gildea stated it is cult to do an effective study. It would be
appropriate to continue to a date in April when the study can be done.
Mr. Locarno was wilbmg to continue. He has, addressed this concern with Rick
York and was told it did not have to be in writing. Mr. York was present to
speak. If there i.S another issue he will look into this.
Mr. Slavinsky stated the navigation issues and aesthetics are taken care of.
Mr. Sherman stated navigation is not the Commission's domain; they would
defer to Perry Es. It appears it will not change for navigational issues.
VOTE: Motion made and seconded continue, at the request of the
applicant, to 17 April 1997 at 7:30 p.m. Unanimous Note.
Mr. Slavinsky stated of there is not a problem, they would not have to come
back.
CONTINUED TO 17 APRIL 1997 A :30 P.M.
7:50 HOWARD GLASER, 1 Tide Run, continued from 19 September 1996.
1 chael Grot ke presenting.
11r. Sherman stated revised plans have been submitted as a result of a denial
y BoAard of Appeal on the.plan submitted. It is a smaller envelope and wi
not need Board of Appeals for sideline and frontage. They have to go back for
the 50 foot wetland. setback.. Taxes are outstanding. The Commission has
never gone below 35 feet
Mr. Grot ke stated the dotted line on the plan for the house was approved
pending. The haybale line has not changed. Lot coverage is down to 15 from
17.9. The zoning envelope cane in 5 feet from the lot line.
Mr. Sherman stated it is fairly likely that Board of Appeals, if the 50 foot rule
applies, will give a variance. However, it is not appropriate to close pending
and it should be continued to a date certain. Following Board of Appeals
approval, it would only mean opening and closing.
Mr. Grotke stated if it is found they do not get the variance, the impact will
be that they N50 big the house back so that it will be equal or less.
