If <br /> 23 January 1997 <br /> Page 8. <br /> 8:50 MICHAE S N FAMILY TRUST to construct and maintain a single <br /> family d reg, wood deck, septic system with denitrification unit, gravel <br /> driveway and appurtenant underground overhead utilities at 14 Pond View <br /> Drive. Joe Harvey presenting. He advised of a minor change to the plan, <br /> bulkhead was omitted and revision date included. The bottom of the slope <br /> has three flagged wetlands by Brad HA one shared with lot 24 to the east, <br /> the second one with 25 and 26 and the third to the south on let 2 . At the top <br /> of the slope is an inland.bank. They are proposing a four bedroom dwelling 24 <br /> 28 with a Bioclere system. They have Board of Health approval. 10 feet of <br /> the house will be craw.space. The house is at elevation 7 1, finished grade will <br /> stay at 71. Excess material will be taken off-site. They are going from <br /> elevation 40 to 70. Roof run-off will be directed to dry cells. Haybales will be <br /> employed with silt fences. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the area between the house and silt fence will be looked <br /> at after backffiling for erosion control. He asked if Board of Appeals i <br /> required? Mr. Harvey stated that has been done. He further advised on the <br /> original subdivision plan there were drainage easements. Where is a catch <br /> basin east of the site but it could not be determined if it had ever been used. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated nothing is there and a condition would be added that it <br /> should not be constructed without a fih'ng to the Commission. It was noted, it <br /> is not their property. <br /> Aft. Desarosiers stated it is 68.6 at the driveway and suggested putting a berm <br /> on the NNE side. Mr. Harvey stated the enol of the driveway is 1-12 feet <br /> above the road.. Mr. Sherman stated it will be conditioned that this will be <br /> checked at the pare-work onsite. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: M ti n crude and seconded to close pending an on-site with the <br /> Agent to review the driveway area for drainage requirements. <br /> Unanimous Note. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br /> ` n Meeting; Copies of articles distributed.
