Mr. Sanicki stated <br /> exterior doors only. It is only a sun room. Mr. Sherman will check with the <br /> Board of Health as the Commission has to know on what basis it is not a <br /> bedroom. Mr. Sanicki stated it is all windows on the exterior. Mr. Sherman <br /> stated this could be approved. He asked that they show on the plan the first <br /> 100 and second 100 feet. They aro in the riparian area. Where is an old lawn. <br /> He read from the guidance document. <br /> Mr. Sanicki stated that an offset could be conditioned. It is all lawn to the <br /> waterfront. <br /> Public comments: <br /> Greg Mercier stated he had no problem with the addition if it is going to be a <br /> single family dwelling and not a rental, one up, one down. He asked homer far <br /> away from the line for the Title V. Mr. Sanicki stated 10 feet. Mr. Mercier <br /> stated it is 2 feet over his line now. Mr. Sherman stated that is not under the <br /> CommissioWs jurisdiction. <br /> Mr. Sanicki stated this is built to the specifications of the as built and tied to <br /> the foundation of the a isting house. They may have put soil closer to the <br /> fence. Mr. Mercier stated they dug the whole driveway out. <br /> Mr. Green pointed out the septic does not fall under this application. <br /> Mr. Mercier stated he wanted to go on record as being agt a two family <br /> house. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close subject to receipt of DEP number <br /> and condition that the Agent visit the site if it is deemed necessary, <br /> a berm be built for run-off from the lawn area, slash be removed and <br /> area of vegetation be provided. Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSE PENDING* <br />
